Job summary

Aramark is seeking an IT Administrative Support Worker for our stadium venues. You will assist with IT tasks including data entry, technical support, software configurations, and hardware installations while delivering professional service to guests and staff.

The role is hourly/seasonal/part-time and requires agility in a fast-paced event environment. You'll deploy and teardown POS terminals, troubleshoot POS issues, and support PCs and printers.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems; preferred Skytab Venue, Tapin2, Mashgin, Amazon JWO.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be able to adapt to environment changes immediately.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deployment and tear down of POS terminals.
• Provide support to all POS system problems and escalate when necessary.
• Internal support of PCs, printers, and related equipment.
• Assist in maintenance and upgrade of PC and POS equipment.
• Initiate improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure systems are operational during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors.
