Qualifications

• Experience with Apple iOS, Windows, and network technologies.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivated, capable of independent reasoning and troubleshooting.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance to venue staff.
• Identify, track and help resolve persistent issues, escalating as needed.
• Act as onsite liaison with remote IT support teams.
• Be the onsite contact and provide guided access for visiting IT providers.
• Support artist IT riders and day-of-show connectivity requirements.
• Ensure no outstanding IT hardware/software issues before gates open.
• Assist with deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment including POS terminals.
• Develop understanding of venue network connectivity and technologies.
• Participate in seasonal IT preparation and shutdown/winterization.
• Assist with extending venue IT infrastructure for events.
