Levy Restaurants is seeking an IT Coordinator to support State Farm Arena operations. The role focuses on hands-on IT support for POS, printers, tablets, and payment devices during Hawks games, concerts, and events. You will troubleshoot in a fast-paced venue environment and help with equipment setup and incident resolution.

The position is part-time and event-based, requiring mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday availability to cover all arena events.

Formación

• 1–3 years IT support or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting POS terminals, payment devices, printers, tablets and other venue tech preferred.
• Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and events.

Responsabilidades

• Provide real-time IT support during Hawks games, concerts and events.
• Perform pre-event technology checks (POS connectivity, device readiness, network stability, printer functionality).
• Support POS terminals, kiosks, handheld devices, printers, and payment hardware.
• Maintain inventory and lifecycle tracking of POS units and other devices across the venue.
• Log incidents, prioritize issues and coordinate resolution.
• Coordinate post‑event shutdowns and device resets.
• Assist managers and stand leads with basic troubleshooting and password resets.
• Track device lifecycle from deployment through repair, replacement or decommissioning.
