Job summary

Aramark is seeking an IT Support Specialist for Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, OH. This role provides day-to-day and event IT support for POS, back office, networking and related systems under the venue IT Lead.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT, POS experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work on-site during stadium events. Physical demands may include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds; role requires flexibility to meet event

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Experience with POS systems.
• 2+ years IT systems experience.
• Experience in concessions, retail, or stadium environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactive support and maintenance around POS and event IT needs.
• Communicate issues to appropriate application owners and vendors.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to support the business.
• Work with onsite IT Lead.
• Stay up to date on IT trends and technologies.
• Maintain familiarity with IT audits and security assessments.
• Resolve IT incidents and problems promptly.
• Represent IT department to onsite leadership.
• Physical demands may include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as needed.
