Join BEST Crowd Management at UW–Madison providing welcoming, professional guest services at games, concerts, and campus events. Greet and guide guests, scan tickets, monitor entry points, and support crowd flow while following safety and security procedures. Communicate clearly with visitors and team members, respond calmly to questions or minor issues, and report concerns to supervisors. You’ll receive training in guest services and event safety, work in a close-knit team environment, and gain experience in event operations with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld network.
