VenuWorks is seeking a friendly Guest Services Staff member for the Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center. You will greet guests, verify tickets, provide directions, assist seating, and support event operations in a fast-paced setting.

This role emphasizes safety and superior customer service, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic venue team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred, in sports/entertainment venue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and professional demeanor.
• Scan tickets and verify credentials for entry.
• Provide directions and general event information within Fresno venues.
• Assist guests with seating and locate seats in designated sections.
• Respond professionally to guest questions and comments.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow venue policies at all times.
• Support high-volume operations during peak event times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
