VENU+ is seeking a friendly Site Operations Attendant to help run our entertainment venue smoothly. You will assist guests, coordinate event logistics, and manage equipment to create unforgettable experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask while staying flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is helpful, and you will work as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain arcade games and locker kiosk systems.
• Guide and entertain guests, explaining game rules and controls.
• Keep assigned area clean, tidy, and organized.
• Guide guests through prizes at the redemption center.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
