Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to enhance the guest experience in our Fresno store. You will greet guests, help them find items, explain benefits and services, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

This role requires effective communication, strong teamwork, and the ability to operate scanners and POS systems. You will participate in selling loyalty programs and supporting drive-up and order pickup services.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Willing to adapt to a fast-paced, active store environment.
• Ability to explain store services and promotions to guests.
• Comfort with using handheld devices and scanning merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and store promotions to guests.
• Process returns and exchanges following store policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist teammates as needed.
• Support order pick up and drive-up services as required.
