Job summary

The Operations Staff at Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center supports the smooth running of all venues, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and readiness for events. Under the Operations Management team, this role handles setup/breakdown, equipment support, and daily maintenance to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include setting up flooring and seating, basic equipment repairs, and maintaining back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Must pass a background check and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down event equipment and furnishings as required for each venue.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of center facilities and equipment.
• Support daily facility operations: trash removal, restocking supplies, spill cleanup.
• Transport equipment to storage and ensure safe handling during events.
• Maintain safe, clean, and sanitary work environment during all shifts.
