Job summary

VENU+ in Valencia, CA is seeking a friendly Site Operations Attendant to help run an entertainment venue. You will monitor equipment, assist guests, and keep areas clean to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills. Prior hospitality or entertainment setting experience is preferred, and we offer benefits to eligible employees.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain equipment, including arcade games and locker kiosk systems, ensuring they are in proper working condition for guests to enjoy routinely.
• Guide and entertain guests, explaining game rules, controls, and strategies.
• Keep the assigned area clean, tidy, and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Ensure the redemption center is well-stocked.
• Guide guest through an array of enticing prizes, ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories.
