Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies ticket location, event dates and times.
• Seats guests in proper location.
• Resolves seating problems.
• Provides emergency/accident assistance when needed.
• Acts as primary face-to-face contact with guests.
• Assists with ticketing or seating issues or complaints.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
