Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking staff to warmly welcome event guests, check tickets, and guide them to their seats. You will assist with seating, respond to guest inquiries, and help maintain a safe and engaging event environment in a fast-paced casino setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and 1–2 years of customer service experience. Fluency in English and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet event guests and scan tickets or escort to seats.
• Greet guests, answer questions and direct them to assigned seats.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming event environment.
• Communicate effectively with guests in English and follow HRL policies.
