Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a dining room attendant to prepare dining areas, set tables, and serve guests with a positive attitude. You will support servers and bussers to ensure smooth service in a busy casino resort environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months in high-volume food service or customer service, with table service experience preferred. This is an on-site position with a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; 6 months experience in high-volume food service or customer service preferred.
• Table service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke and noise; available to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining rooms and prepare for service, clear and reset tables.
• Serve meals to guests and support servers and bussers as needed.
• Communicate guest requests to assigned server; ensure timely, courteous service.
• Know seating plans, sections, and table numbers; assist with ordering and expediting.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow health/sanitation guidelines.
• Handle guest questions and relay concerns to the supervisor on duty.
