Qualifications

• MS Office (Word, Excel) proficiency.
• Experience with VIP guest services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests and attend to their needs promptly.
• Prepare VIP daily reports and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist VIP manager with arrivals, rooms, and special requests.
• Provide concierge services: reservations for shows, dining, spa, and entertainment options.
• Maintain lounge space and front desk areas and ensure confidentiality.
