Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 years AV experience required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for setup, refresh, and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians to achieve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Trains technicians on floor activities and standards.
• Manages event technology setup, operation, and breakdown.
