Event Source in Michigan is seeking a Senior Event Consultant to manage a book of business, drive retention, and grow revenue through proactive client engagement. You will work with Market Managers to develop account strategies and provide on-site event support, while nurturing relationships for long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities include field visits, quotes, mood boards, and close collaboration across teams to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related customer service or account management experience in events or catering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and customer focus.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new software.
• Ability to create mood boards and event diagrams using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls, texts, web requests, and emails.
• Make outbound calls to update client information and maintain regular communication.
• Consult with clients to understand event needs and propose tailored rental options.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to meet goals.
• Schedule and conduct design center appointments within accounts.
• Create event layouts and showcase products with mood boards.
• Greet clients in the design center and ensure a professional experience.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and drive growth.
• Assist Market Managers with large event management and logistics.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
