BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Services Staff member for on-site engagement at the University of Idaho. You will greet attendees, assist with event setup, and help maintain order while delivering courteous service.

This role emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position requires 18 USD per hour for part-time work, with duties spanning crowd management, guest assistance, and collaboration with vendors to ensure a positive attendee

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary by local regulations).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college education is preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist event attendees with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Assist with event setup, including equipment and signage placement.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness, order, and policy compliance.
• Provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities to attendees.
• Direct attendees to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support crowd control measures to maintain safety and enjoyment.
