BEST Crowd Management is seeking enthusiastic Event Services Staff for the University of Idaho. You will greet attendees, assist with event setup, monitor areas, and help create a memorable, safe experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Prior customer service, hospitality, or event-related experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand and engage in activities for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet attendees and provide friendly customer service.
• Assist with event set-up and signage placement.
• Monitor venues for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Inform attendees about event facilities and amenities.
• Direct attendees to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Resolve attendee inquiries or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Support crowd control measures to maintain safety.
• Follow company policies and uphold service standards.
