Job summary

Insomniac Events in Orlando is seeking Credential Staff to work directly with management to execute Credential Ops at live events. You will act as the first face for staff check in, verify government IDs, resolve issues quickly, and help ensure credential integrity and security on site.

You will be required to stay organized, communicate clearly, and follow safety procedures while supporting event operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for on-site coordination.
• Ability to handle credential checks and safety procedures.
• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience with event credentialing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first face of Insomniac for staff check-in.
• Check government issued IDs to ensure proper identification of all personnel entering site.
• Promptly solve issues by utilizing resources and clear communication.
• Proactively fix credential uploads before staff arrival.
• Act as a key-holder for the credential office, ensuring safety and security.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
• Inventory and transport materials back to the warehouse.
