Insomniac Holdings, LLC in Orlando is seeking Credential Staff to work directly with management to execute Credential Ops at live events. You will be the first face of Insomniac for staff check-in and verify government IDs to ensure proper entry.

The role requires extreme organization, calm under pressure, strong verbal and written communication, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. You will escalate and de-escalate as needed and help with administrative tasks while safeguarding materials

Responsabilités

• Act as the first face of Insomniac for staff check in.
• Check government issued IDs to ensure proper identification of all personnel entering site.
• Promptly solve issues by utilizing resources and clear communication.
• Proactively fix credential upload errors before staff arrival.
• Serve as a key-holder for the credential office and ensure safety.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
• Inventory and transport materials back to warehouse.
