Responsibilities

• Act as the first face of Insomniac for staff check in.
• Check government issued IDs to verify identity of personnel entering site.
• Promptly solve issues using available resources and clear communication.
• Proactively spot and fix errors in credential uploads before staff arrival.
• Act as a key-holder for the credential office to ensure safety and security.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
• Inventory and transfer materials back to warehouse.
