Insomniac is seeking a Credential Staff to work directly with management to execute Credential Ops, ensuring smooth entry for staff at events in Orlando.

You will check government IDs, resolve issues with clear communication, and help with inventory and administrative tasks, while maintaining safety as a priority.

This role requires highly organized, detail-oriented individuals who can multitask under pressure and interact professionally with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first face of Insomniac for staff check-in.
• Check government issued IDs to verify identity of all personnel entering site.
• Resolve issues promptly using available resources and clear communication.
• Identify and fix errors in credential uploads before staff arrival.
• Act as a key-holder for the credential office, ensuring safety and security.
• Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.
• Inventory materials and transport them back to the warehouse.
