Job summary

Peachtree Catering Inc in Greater Philadelphia seeks talented Wedding Attendants for our upcoming busy season. This part-time role offers an excellent hourly wage, and opportunities to work 1-2 shifts per week, with potential 3-5 shifts during peak season.

Ideal candidates are team players with hospitality and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include setting up venues, delivering meals, assisting with ceremony duties, coordinating with the Event Manager, and ensuring guests’

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Fine dining knowledge and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Open weekend availability is essential.
• 2+ years of FOH experience in banquets/events.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open the facility, turn on lights, adjust thermostats and prep restrooms.
• Deliver wedding party meals with all silverware, napkins and beverages.
• Confirm space layout and set tables per BEO notes.
• Set up décor as per the décor list for the event.
• Assist with processional or ceremony duties as needed.
• Support bridal suite and coordinate special guest assistance.
• Coordinate with Event Manager and vendors for flawless service.
• Ensure all vendors are served, manage sign-in items, and cleanup after events.
