Pier 290 – Lake Life Catering in Wisconsin is seeking an Event Coordinator to bring events to life from planning through execution. You will work closely with clients, vendors, kitchen staff, and internal teams to ensure every detail is managed, timelines followed, and guests leave with lasting memories.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in event coordination or related hospitality roles, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related field (venue or catering a strong plus).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication for client-facing work.
