Join to apply for the Event Coordinator role at Life Time Inc.

The Event Coordinator is responsible for providing logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team, as well as adult programming including Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops. This role supports all adult sports programming within the club to ensure members enjoy a successful and engaging experience. The team member will help ensure events are successful and align with Life Time's Mission and Vision Statement. Additionally, this role contributes to Member Retention by delivering an outstanding member experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Deliver desired event results through documentation and reporting of specific measurable outcomes.
  • Support club event marketing campaigns with project management.
  • Engage with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs.
Position Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail events.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • CPR and AED Certification.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of club activities and promotions.
  • Excellent customer service and promotional skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with members.
