Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing & Events Coordinator to manage and execute marketing events and strategic partnerships in France.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating high-quality events, fostering brand-enhancing collaborations, and managing key marketing assets to support national campaigns.

  • To Note: Salary range (40,000 - 45,000) is in Euros*

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and execute high-quality events aligned with company objectives and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with key marketing stakeholders to deliver comprehensive 360° marketing activations.
  • Track and assess event performance metrics to improve future execution.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of brand assets for national campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and partnership management.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities with deadline adherence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in budgeting, vendor management, and negotiating contracts.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and event promotion strategies.
