Job summary

Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is seeking an organized Sales & Catering Administrative support role to handle the coordination and booking of business functions, support the Sales & Catering team, and ensure premier banquet service.

You will work closely with the Sales & Catering team to prepare contracts, addendums, and group resumes, while liaising with hotel departments to meet client expectations and VIP reservations. This full-time role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book a high volume of business functions for all markets assigned by DOS.
• Solicit sales through assigned accounts and community organizations to uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain the highest quality of meeting and banquet service.
• Provide administrative support to Sales & Catering: correspondence, reports, file turnovers and reservations.
• Direct requests and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to meet client needs.
