Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is seeking a proactive Sales & Catering professional to generate and book high-volume business functions across all markets. You will solicit new accounts, support the Sales & Catering team administratively, and ensure flawless event execution.

In this full-time on-site role, you will prepare contracts, proposals, and addendums, liaise with hotel departments, and help coordinate VIP guest arrangements to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a standard office environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday.
• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Generate and book a high volume of business functions across all markets.
• Solicit sales through assigned accounts and new prospects.
• Maintain the highest quality of meeting and banquet service.
• Support Sales & Catering administratively including correspondence and reports.
• Prepare contracts, proposals and addendums and track completion.
