Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is seeking a Sales & Catering professional to drive and manage a high volume of corporate and social function bookings in the Tampa area. You will work with the Sales & Catering team to prepare contracts, proposals, and addendums, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless event execution.

The role focuses on coordinating with hotel departments, maintaining guest profiles, and supporting administrative tasks for reservations and reports.

Formación

• Capacity to multi-task and manage multiple events and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and book a high volume of business functions (All Markets assigned by DOS).
• Solicit sales through assigned accounts and potential new accounts; participate in community organizations.
• Maintain the highest quality of meeting and banquet service.
• Assist Sales & Catering team administratively including correspondence, preparing reports, file turnovers and assisting with reservations.
• Prepare Banquet Event Orders and distribute to departments; coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Assist or spearhead coordination of internal sales events.
