Job summary

Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is seeking a Sales & Catering Coordinator to generate and book a high volume of business functions, supporting the Sales & Catering team with contracts, proposals, and group communications.

You will coordinate with hotel departments to ensure client expectations are met and maintain guest profiles and records. In-office role requiring strong communication and organizational skills, with responsibilities across reservations and internal coordination.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience supporting sales or catering teams is a plus.
• Hospitality or events sales exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book a high volume of business functions across assigned markets.
• Solicit sales through accounts and community involvement to create opportunities.
• Maintain high quality of meeting and banquet service.
• Assist Sales & Catering with contracts, proposals, and addenda; track completion and file updates.
• Coordinate with Sales & Operations to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Prepare Group Resumes and internal communications for staff meetings.
