Responsibilities

• Operate coat check rooms within established guidelines and procedures.
• Collect payment for coat check services, cash handling, reconcile cash transactions, verify amounts.
• Answer guest questions, direct guests to restrooms, ATM, VIP areas, and concert area; provide assistance.
• Enforce policies and complete trainings; participate in employee meetings.
• Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by Management and Supervisors.
• Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team by directing guests during emergencies.
