Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Head Coat Check Attendant to provide professional coat check services for venue guests. You will manage coat check rooms, handle payments, and deliver top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, enforcing policies, and supporting emergency evacuation procedures. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; the role is part-time with potential benefits under ACA qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years of related work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
• Neat, clean, professional appearance required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Sound judgement and ability to make sound decisions.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate coat check rooms within established guidelines.
• Accurately collect payments for coat check services and reconcile cash.
• Answer questions and direct guests to restrooms, VIP areas, and concert spaces.
• Enforce venue policies and complete required trainings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
• Act as part of the emergency evacuation team when needed.
