Job summary

Violet Valet LLC in New York City is seeking professional, energetic Coat Check Attendants to join our hospitality team for the upcoming event season. This is a part-time, seasonal role with opportunities to work at diverse venues and events across NYC.

You’ll greet guests, tag and store coats and personal items, retrieve belongings accurately, and provide excellent customer service while upholding company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous coat check or hospitality experience is helpful.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Professional and well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests professionally.
• Receive, tag, organize, and safely store coats and personal items.
• Accurately retrieve guest belongings.
• Maintain an organized and secure coat check area.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout each event.
• Follow Violet Valet operating procedures and venue requirements.
• Work closely with team leads, managers, venue staff, and fellow attendants.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude throughout your shift.
