Responsibilities include greeting guests, knowledge of menus, and swift handling of any issues. A background in banquet or event service is ideal, with required certifications and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler Certification per state regulations.
• Current Alcohol Server Certification per state regulations.
• Previous banquet or event service experience.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards during events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel welcomed.
• Address member/guest complaints swiftly using service recovery techniques.
• Prepare and set up banquet areas and ensure cleanliness.
• Stock supplies and complete daily side work; assist with event setup/breakdown.
