Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at private events and banquets. You will apply Invited’s service standards, greet guests warmly, and coordinate with the banquet team to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.

You will maintain menu knowledge, handle dietary accommodations, and use service recovery techniques for any issues, while adhering to safety and uniform guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in a banquet or event setting.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions with team.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards during events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, including dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Address member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
• Prepare and set up banquet areas, keeping area clean and organized.
• Complete daily side work and stock supplies.
• Support event setup and breakdown, including tables and décor.
• Assist others as needed and follow management directions.
• Wear a clean, neat uniform meeting club standards.
