Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at private events and banquets, upholding Invited’s service standards. You will work with the banquet team to ensure a smooth experience for attendees, showing professionalism and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma, Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and prior F&B or banquet/event experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in a banquet or event setting.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards and provide exceptional service at all events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel welcome and valued.
• Foster a positive atmosphere through effective communication and proactive service.
• Address member/guest complaints swiftly using service recovery techniques.
