Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service for members and guests at events and private banquets. You will follow Invited’s service standards and the 3-steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells—while managing a dynamic event environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork with banquet staff, knowledge of menus, dietary accommodations, and proactive guest engagement to ensure a superb experience for all attendees.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in banquets or events.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with a team.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state/city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards throughout events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and speed.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, features, and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Complete daily side work and assist with event setup and breakdown.
