Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at private events and banquets. You will follow Invited’s 3-step service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells—ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for members and guests.

You will work with the banquet team to uphold training standards, manage menus and dietary needs, and support setup and breakdown. A professional appearance and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state/city regulations.
• Experience in F&B service, especially banquet/event settings.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service during events and banquets.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly; ensure a welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Address guest concerns using service recovery techniques.
• Set up banquet areas; assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Perform daily side work and stock supplies as needed.
