Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service during private events. You will work with the banquet team to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for members and guests, reflecting the company’s Service standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications, and prior F&B event experience. A completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications are required by state/city.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service, especially at events, is preferred.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program is expected.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards and deliver exceptional service at events.
• Execute food and beverage orders with attentiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, special event features and dietary needs.
• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Foster a positive atmosphere through effective communication.
• Address member/guest concerns promptly using service recovery.
• Prepare and set up banquet areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Complete daily side work and assist with setup/breakdown of events.
• Support overall club operations as needed.
