Responsibilities

• Event Planning and Execution: Create and manage event paperwork, floor plans and rental orders; oversee setup, operations and teardown.
• Client Relations: Maintain communication with clients, vendors and team members; liaise with vendors to ensure equipment and services are available.
• Inventory Management: Oversee in-house equipment cleanliness; track inventory of outsourced equipment.
• Post-Event Analysis: Conduct evaluations, gather feedback, analyze data and ensure budgets are met.
