Qualifications

• Prior Event Management, catering, planning and executing experience.
• Knowledge of Steps of Service.
• The ability to multitask and manage multiple events concurrently.
• Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Must have an open and flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation to commute between units.
• Valid drivers license to drive company catering vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from start to finish, including paperwork, floor plans and rental orders.
• Oversee setup, operations and breakdown of events.
• Lead and coordinate the event team and liaise with culinary, sales, servers, bartenders and coordinators.
