Job summary

Encore in Spring, TX seeks a Technical Lead to oversee intermediate to large-scale audiovisual systems in hospitality settings, ensuring top-quality guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for setup, operation, troubleshooting, and coordination with hotel staff to deliver seamless events.

The role requires 2-3+ years in AV and hospitality, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Works on-site in hotel/conference environments with irregular hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate company vehicles.
• Complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Mentor and coach other Technicians to Deliver World Class Service.
• Interact with clients to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Work with clients to finalize invoices and utilize Encore systems as needed.
