Job summary

Tenet Healthcare's Conifer Health at THOP Memorial Campus in El Paso, TX seeks a Patient Access representative for full-time evening shifts (3 PM–11:30 PM) with rotating weekends. Spanish is required and you will handle patient registration, insurance verification, and consent forms.

You will educate patients on financial liabilities, collect payments, and coordinate scheduling and post-discharge steps, while maintaining accuracy and a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year in a customer service role.
• 0–1 year administrative experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred.
• Some college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete full registration at the date of service, explain forms.
• Educate patients on financial liabilities and collect payments per policy.
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and coordinate post-discharge care.
