Entertimeonline is seeking a dynamic Assistant Spa Manager to lead our team and oversee daily spa operations for evenings and weekends. This role blends leadership with hands-on guest interactions at the front desk.

You will ensure service standards, manage staff scheduling, and support front desk tasks—greeting guests, coordinating appointments, processing transactions, and resolving inquiries. A strong presence at the spa and front desk is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of spa/salon/hospitality/wellness management experience
• Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise, train and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
• Experience handling front desk operations such as scheduling, bookings, payments and client relations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends (Wednesday-Sunday)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth, high-quality guest experience
• Supervise, train, and support front desk staff, including scheduling and performance management
• Maintain exceptional service standards across all guest touchpoints from arrival to departure
• Provide hands-on front desk support: greeting guests, managing bookings, processing payments, resolving inquiries
• Assist in managing inventory and supplies
• Hold employees accountable to Spa guidelines with performance management when needed
• Address guest concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction and retention
• Participate in the MOD program with at least one MOD per month
