Ladies & Gentlemen Salon and Spa is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Associate for evenings and weekends. You will warmly greet guests, manage appointments, handle POS transactions, and promote retail and services to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires excellent communication, dependability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly in person and over the phone to create a positive first impression.
• Coordinate guest and stylist schedules to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Process guest transactions accurately and maintain guest records in SpaBiz.
• Promote salon services and Aveda products to support retail and service sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and retail area.
• Document guest concerns and communicate with management as needed.
• Assist with additional duties to support salon operations.
