Zusammenfassung

Carolina Hurricanes is seeking a food prep professional to prepare all foods for functions throughout the building, following recipes and production sheets. You will complete projects on schedule and provide general kitchen support to the Sous Chef, using only approved recipes and keeping areas clean and organized.

Must be 18+, have excellent food prep and culinary skills, and preferably previous food/beverage or restaurant experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent food prep and culinary skills required.
• Prior food/beverage or restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Aufgaben

• Prepare all foods according to recipes and production sheets.
• Maintain work area, coolers and dry storage in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Provide general kitchen procedural assistance to Sous Chef as requested.
• Complete assigned projects within allocated time sequence.
• Utilize only those recipes approved by Chefs and maintain sanitation procedures.
