Job summary

The Carolina Hurricanes are seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator to support planning, communication, administration, and execution of operations throughout the venue. This role works with operations, culinary, premium, concessions, catering, and other internal departments to ensure events are organized, communicated effectively, and executed with hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, catering, or related events is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and professional service to customers, clients, team members, and internal partners.
• Coordinate and communicate for arena events, private events, premium experiences, catering, and concessions.
• Create and distribute operational materials for events (menus, pricing, service updates, event information).
• Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure event details and service expectations are clearly communicated.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of event documents, diagrams, room layouts, and service plans.
