Arrow Senior Living in Lee’s Summit, MO is seeking a part-time Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and companionship. You will help with ADLs, promote empathy, and contribute to a warm, home-like environment.

The role requires 18+, a HS diploma, English communication, basic computer skills, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds. Join our team and grow with us.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for long periods.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connections with residents and promote empathy.
• Contribute to an inclusive and positive environment by engaging with residents, team members, and the community.
