Job summary

Rose Senior Living Clinton Township is recruiting a hospitality-focused Concierge who will meet and greet residents, guests, prospective employees, and vendors in a warm, professional manner each day.

Daily duties include telephone coverage, resolving issues, logging deliveries, preparing maintenance work orders, and assisting the Business Office Manager with projects. Hours are every other weekend (Sat 1pm–6pm, Sun 8am–6pm) with starting pay at $17.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and ensures satisfaction.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify the resident.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
