Glacier Hills Senior Living Community in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team and support the front desk. The position is part-time on weekends (every other Saturday and Sunday) from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, serving residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Maintain the front desk and reception area
• Perform administrative and record-keeping duties
• Assist with correspondence, filing, and follow-up activities
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
